Pick something from "The Shop" PR list and fill in a blank, or two.

But first...

Here are some ideas for what you could today:

1. "Mini Cindy"

amrap in 10 minutes of:
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats

2. 100 Burpee Pullups for time

3. "Jonescrawl"

3 rounds for time of:
10 deadlift @ 1.15 x bodyweight
25 box jumps @ 24"

4. 100 Tire flip with jump for time

5. Max bench reps @ bodyweight

or if you are missing your front squat max today might be a good time to fill that in

    Legs were sore from the 5/55 yesterday, great way to get the kinks out.

    "louder than 11" - epic failure
    25# d-ball, 53# kb
    Apparantly mini cindy is more than a warmup
    Made it through 4 rounds of 11 and was done
    Doing 2/1 rowing tomorrow before weigh-in if
    possible.
