Back by popular demand

The Barbell Complex returns to The Shop -
Only this time with a sick little twist to sear the lungs a little more
The notorious -


Here's the standard complex to be done without setting down the bar:

6 x Deadlift +

6 x Bent-over Row +

6 x Hang Clean +

6 x Front Squat +

6 x Push Press +

6 x Back Squat +

6 x Push-up

It's normally done with 4 rounds adding weight each round, ie 65, 75, 85, and 95lbs

Today we will use the same weight per round but add 6 x 40 yard sprints after the pushups, and do the whole thing for time.

Pick a weight you think you can finish the 4 rounds with in under 20-30 minutes, and don't forget the X Factor of the 24 40's. Should be a good one.
