Rates
$120 per month (includes a minimum of 3 classes per week with the possibility of up to 5.)
$300 for three month (this is a $240.00 savings off the regular rate and is payable before the 1st of the month January, April, July, October)
$75 per month for active and retired military with ID
$10 drop-in fee (or bring a shirt from your gym)
More time(s) throughout the day may become available with enough interest. For now, here is the current schedule:
Morning Classes
5:30 - 6:30 AM (M-F)
6:30 - 7:30 AM (Mon, Wed, Fri)
Evening Classes
5:30 - 6:30 PM (M-F)
Thursday
AM Classes - 5:30-6:30a only (or meet off-site time TBD)
PM Classes - 5:30 - 6:30p meet at The Shop or check Facebook for possible location change
Closed all other times
Saturday
