Warm up: Team ladders (circuit style)
1-5 of pullups, 2-10 of pushups, and 3-15 on squats
Then, "The Barbell Complex Challenge"
Starting with just the bar execute the barbell complex and then add 10lbs each consecutive round until you break. Then, take a few breaths and finish out the complex at that weight. The last weight completed unbroken is your "Score". Continue on as far as you want but the clock is running on this one, 30 minute time limit.
