    Row 2500 meters 10 min @ 2:00 min pace, goal was 10 min, and just hoping to keep 500m every 2 min. Success

    2:45.5, no PR, but after yesterdays workout and the rowing it was all I could do. My arms are still so pumped it is hard to type this post
