Warm up with 2 x light barbell complex

45 / 65 or 65 / 85

Then:

Big 5/55

10 Rounds

10-1 of:

Hang Clean @ 45, 75, 95, or 115
Burpees
Front Squat @ same as above
Weighted Situps @ 10, 25, 35, or 45
Pushpress @ same as above

  2. It seemed to take everyone anywhere from 33-45 minutes to finish. Wished I could have partook in the misery but it would have been unbearable. I did the paperstreet / main site crossfit wod instead. roughly 6.5 rounds
