They're multiplying.....



...and it's a good thing because we're going to be using them A LOT this coming week, and the next, and the next, and... well, you get the idea.

  1. the Mutant Maker is pretty hard to beat for a full body beat down and now were all pretty familiar with Curtis P's. That lift is kinda in a league of it's own.

    I thoght the quad soreness after the 100 Curtis p's was about as bad as it could get. I was wrong, 1775 has me gimping around bad enough that I don't know how much I'll be able to do during tomorrows session

  2. barbell complex is something that we shoud us as a warmup often.

    maybe walking lunges with a bar and weight.
