the Mutant Maker is pretty hard to beat for a full body beat down and now were all pretty familiar with Curtis P's. That lift is kinda in a league of it's own.
I thoght the quad soreness after the 100 Curtis p's was about as bad as it could get. I was wrong, 1775 has me gimping around bad enough that I don't know how much I'll be able to do during tomorrows session

barbell complex is something that we shoud us as a warmup often.
ReplyDeletemaybe walking lunges with a bar and weight.
I have a love/hate relationship with the barbell! I can really feel it working in my core! BRING IT!!
