30/30/30 Intervals 030709 Sa

Pick something and do it for 30 seconds, then rest 30 seconds, and repeat the cycle for a total of 30 minutes.

Burpees
Swings
Row
Bike

    Run back 2.15 mile 19:33 after several hour break from bike ride.
