Complete "1775" for time 030609 F

A boy and his kettlebell, Trickle after his first meeting with "Helen"

What you don't see is the level of effort put forth swinging, fighting on the bar, and enduring the nasty headwind during the run. Not to mention those stairs.

And now for today's timed misery.....

"1775" - Anyone heard of this one?

It's been haunting me for a couple years now so I figured why not get it over with.

I have a feeling we're going to need to trade in our legs after this one. Click the photo below of Chesty Puller for all the details. Be sure to read carefully and pay attention to all of the pics:

Alternatives:

If you don't have a time yet for 100 burpees then today's the day.
If you're name is Skeeter than I have something special in mind for you.
If you've done the 100 burpees, your name isn't Skeeter, and you don't feel up to "1775" then find a timed WOD you haven't completed and get it done.

  5. 23:04 and I feel like I just jumped off a building, my legs and lower back are toast. At least you get a break from them doing the pull-up portion of the burpee/pull-up complex. LOL
