How sustainable are your current nutrition habits and training methods?

Do what you think is best in relation to the rest of the week. Run, Row, WOD, or Rest depending on how you feel.

  3. As far as the sustainability thing goes, I'm definitely still trying to figure that one out. I'm just not ready to say I'm "maintaining" a certain body weight, strength level, or nutrition intake. I still have too much to learn about it all and about myself.

    Weight and diet still the main focus. Do not feel like I am cutting the weight like I should. Keeping to 5 meals/day, but find myself eating crackers, fruit, or combination of both or other high carb snack at night and feeling it the next day. Will work hard the next 8 days to get back on schedule and add more cardio to my daily workout or in addition to.
