"Fight Gone Bad!"

Three rounds of:

Wall-ball, 20 / 10 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 / 55 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20" box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 / 55 pounds (Reps)
Row on the C2 (Calories)

In this workout you move from each of the five stations after a minute.
The clock does not reset or stop between exercises.
This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating.
On call of "rotate", you must move to next station immediately for best score.
One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

Only full ROM reps count, so be sure you don't "cheat" any reps. If you don't go full ROM then don't be surprised if the rep doesn't count. Watch the videos if you aren't already sure what constitutes a full Range Of Motion rep on each exercise.

    Make sure you go full rom because it sure sucks to have reps not count over a few inches. That's just one of many lessons FGB taught us today.
