Rest Day / Kipping / Timed WOD

Temporarily at rest.

Taking some time off as well, the dballs at "The Shop"

and since most of us are still trying to figure it out, here's a video with some good info on learning / teaching the kipping pullup

    I'm contemplating "300" for tomorrow. or maybe one of the following for time:

    100 burpee pullups
    PS 2.0 (again)
    100 tire flip and jump in/out

    or

    10 mutant makers @ 115
    9 burpee pullups
    8 mm @ 115
    7 burpee pullups
    6 mm @ 115
    5 burpee pullups
    4 mm @ 115
    3 bpu
    2 mm
    1 bpu

    I've heard from a couple guys in ICT that that one will make you sweat a little.

    Who knows what I'll do
