I gotta find a way to get around this problem of losing my strength along with body weight.
6-8lbs lost so far and I don't feel near as strong as I did 3 weeks ago. Even with all the bad food I was inhaling.
Time to study Gym Jones a little harder, those guys seem to be getting the best power to weight ratio out there.
yeah. they know what their doing. but, old maximus needs to find a combat coach, cause he got knocked the 'f' out the other night.
