5 Bench Press @ 205lbs
5 Dead Hang Weighted Pullups @ 25lbs
5 Lunges @ 95lbs (each leg, curtis p style)
5 Swings @ 70lb KB
5 Push Jerk @ 115lbs
5 Front Squat @ 135lbs
5 Pushpress @ 2 x 40lb dumbbells
5 Box Jumps @ 30"
5 Dead Lift @ 185
5 Tire Flip and jump in / out

Scale accordingly

    I AM BEAT.

    I gotta find a way to get around this problem of losing my strength along with body weight.

    6-8lbs lost so far and I don't feel near as strong as I did 3 weeks ago. Even with all the bad food I was inhaling.

    Time to study Gym Jones a little harder, those guys seem to be getting the best power to weight ratio out there.
