Trickle on Friday, fighting the pain and charging hard through "Paper Shop 1"

It's the first day of March, spring is just around the corner, and in just one month the first quarter of 2009 will be a thing of the past. What will you have accomplished? What have you been neglecting? Post at least one goal that you haven't reached that you plan to complete in the next 30 days.

    current max = unknown (275-295?)
    current weight = 172
    current 2 x bw = 345
    Goal bw at the end of March = 168
    2 x bw deadlift at 168 = 335

  2. My goal is to wrk as hard as I can everytime I work out. Thats all that I can ask of myself. On foot infront of the other. Games aren't won with home runs there won with singles and doubles.
