Build your own WOD


How would it look if the tools above were all you had?

Here's one of many possible solutions that a kettlebell and a pair of dumbbells could yield
-
5 rounds for completion, AMRAP in X minutes, or 5 rounds for time of:
-
5 KB C & P (each arm, 10 total)
10 Renegade Man Makers @ 2 x 15lbs
15 KB Goblet Squats @ 35lbs
20 KB Swings @ 35lbs

The idea is two-fold:
1) remember to always be creative and figure out something new and...
2) remember that so very much can be done with so very little
-
So for today take a few minutes and design a workout, then experience your creation. Incorporate anything you want. Do it for time, for reps, or just for completion.
