C&J 1RM / Power Endurance 072709 M

The calm before the storm...

The setup for Event # 2 from the Paper Shop Games.
That little black dot in the middle is 50m away. It feels like a mile when you're fighting a nasty combination of fatigue, heavy kettlebells, and gravity.

-Warm Up-

4 x Barbell Complex @ 45lbs

Then, work up to clean and jerk 1RM

5 x clean and jerk @ 95lbs
4 x @ 115
3 x @ 135
2 x @ 155
1 x @ more, until failure

-Workout-
5 rounds of:

3 x 1 Power Clean, 1 F. Squat, 1 Jerk @ 85% of C&J 1RM
6 x Pullups
9 x Box Jump @ 30"
12 x Swings @ 53lbs

    185, failed @ 205
    took about 25 min. Good tough workout. Pullups in the rain and then boxjumps with wet shoes were tough. Should have vaselined up the hands to make that one complete. Looking forward to the trails tomorrow
