Fight The Clock

It's pretty simple today, pick one and get it done as fast as you can.

100 Burpees
100 Thrusters @ 45, 65, or 95lbs
100 Tire flips with jump in and out
100 Curtis P's @ 45, 65, or 95lbs
100 Burpee Pullups
100 Mutant Makers @ 45, 65, or 95lbs

Nothing like a little SMMF to start the weekend

    I will do 100x Curtis P's within two weeks of my fracture healing up.
    Then we can compare.
