  1. Rest Day was yesterday for me. Today 5/55:

    Front Squat 135lbs(Perfect Weight)
    Deadlift 185lbs(Perfect Weight)
    Benchpress(155lbs for first 3 rounds 165 for round 7-1)
    Step Ups 25lb DB's(Way too light)
    Push Press 25lb DB's(a little light)

    Overall it was a good workout took just under 50 minutes in total.

    Regarding the video -
    I'm still trying to get over the whole form vs. intensity thing. I'm wondering if a pure diet of crossfit for a month or two would be the best way to find out....

  3. I think you should try 1 month of pure crossfit. I think it should be the month of June before the trip to climb mountains. I say that mainly because I need some time to get some more stuff, and also I think it would be exactly the type of training needed for the Mountains. That is just my opinion. As long as I get my stuff, I will do 1 month of it myself when you do, just to try it. See what happens.
