30+ Endurance / Speed and Power 032409 T

You choose, A or B.

Option A:

30+ minutes of rowing, running, biking, jump roping, or swimming. Or you could take on 2-3 rounds of "Ironman".

Option B:

Crossfit Regional Games Practice Event

3 rounds for time of:

7 deadlifts @ 135 lbs (95 lbs)
7 hang squat cleans @ 135 lbs (95 lbs)
7 jerks @ 135 lbs (95 lbs)
400 meter run

  1. Working the bad wheel(Stress fractured foot) hard this week with the weights days so I am going easy on it on Cardio days.

    (Failed @ 135 on Squat Clean)

    13:56.9 (Included 10 reps of first deadlift & time to fail at squat clean and reduce weight.
