Bodyweight Circuit 032309 M

It's only your bodyweight, how hard could it be?

3 Rounds of:

5 HSPU (on cinderblocks if possible)
10 Box Jumps @ 24" (30 or 36" if possible)
15 Pushups (clapping if possible)
20 Steps - Walking Lunges
5 Pullups (clapping if possible)
10 Dips
15 Atomic Situps
20 Side to side bench jumps
5 Ankles to bar
10 Ring Pushups
15 Jumping Squats
20' Rope Climb (no legs if possible)

Note to self.... Don't forget to "Get the full dose" aka, bring the "intensity"
