ReplyDeleteDid it on Sunday. Forgot my watch, but went as fast as I could. I would estimate it took around 15 minutes. Nice workout, it is a lot of Power Cleans!

ReplyDeleteYa, I think my estimate was off. I would say mine was at least 20 minutes after thinking about it, probably 20-25 minutes. I was in too much pain to really know for sure.
ReplyDeleteGood workout, we just did a bunch of heavy power cleans last wednesday, or we would be doing that one, may do it on Wednesday or Thursday. Are you going to try to do some of the workouts I post this week, or are you doing paperstreet or your own thing. I haven't come up with a schedule for the rest of the week, but we will workout all week except Thursday is a rest day, or active rest day.
