    6 Way BB Complex (DL, Row, Hang Clean, Front Squat, Push Press, Back Squat, Push-up)
    Two sets @ 75# (6 reps of each movement)
    Two sets @ 95# (6 reps of each movement)
    5 Pullups - Strict
    10 Weighted Lunges
    15 Weighted Situps
    400m Run

  2. DNF - Puked after 3 miserable sets. Lesson: Don't eat Hy-Vee Pizza before a workout (Or anytime, for that matter).
