i could have possibly gone further but technical failure hit me at 305 where it didn't at 295
I just could not get motivated today. Finally came out to "the shop" at 430 to workout and did a little bit of work inside before going upstairs. Rowed for 5 min, worked on OHS (hard to keep form even at 95#) and did bench press, 135 x 10, 185 x 5, 205 x 2 and 225 x 1. Could have gone higher, but was getting close to max and did not want to get in trouble without a spotter. Did some planks and ab roller, but to be honest, PS1 put a hurting on me yesterday. I am gonna bike a little today and stretch a lot, but I am done until Monday.
