12 Burpees
16 KB C & J @ 35lbs
20 KB Swings @ 35lbs
24 Box Jumps @ 24"

Wow, the 35# kettlebell feels like a paperweight now, I remember when I struggled with it.
21:32 was previous time, so I broke the 20 min barrier which was my goal, and beat my time by 2:49.

Front Squats were tough (I dont do enough of that heavy weight)
Burpees (hmmm...burpees)
KB C&J and Swings (Easy)
Box Jumps (Too tough, need to work on my timing, motion)

started about 2 and half months ago at 227# weighted in today at 206.4#
