5k Trail Run
Multiple Options...
• Run for PR
• Jog the beginning and sprint the hill
• Sprint the hill and walk/jog down AMRAP :30

    Heat Treatment: 27:44, rx. Going well for first 20 minutes. The last 7 was a dizzying nightmare.

    200 DU with3 rep GTO penalty@155
    DU were a struggle......in other words I sucked bad
    got a lot of GTO work though 39

    from sidewalk to sidewalk.

    shuttle sprints x6
    (5,10,15,20,25yds out and back)
    starting on the 3:00 min intervals
    consistent times of 0:44
