    finished with muscle up practice and rope climb
    Felt winded during warmup but as I kept going I began feeling better and better. In hindsight, I should have stopped doing pushpress during the warmup because on #19 of the workout my left arm and shoulder gave out. Overall, I feel good about the pr, but I am dissapointed in not finishing smoothly. I will check the video to see if form was all there.
