30/30/30


Run, Bike, Row, Whip Smash, KB Swing, Pushups, Pullups, Situps, you decide your fate.
Option 1, Single-mode, pick 1 and concentrate on exact repetition of motion and the number of reps in the first set should be maintained throughout the workout.  Option 2, multi-mode, combine up to 3 differing elements for maximum output.
30 seconds work followed by 30 seconds of rest. 30 minutes. 3..2..1..Go.

    Trickle, 208, 30/30/30, box jumps, DU, whip smash. Sub'd ABMAT for box jumps after round 15. Back is still screaming at me. I should have taken a break, I just couldn't stay away.
