The Ultimate 5/55 - Redux

Do you not know that in a race all runners run, but only one gets the prize? 
Run in such a way as to get the prize.
I do not run like a man running aimlessly; I do not fight like a man beating the air.
No, I beat my body and make it my slave.

Warmup
3 Rounds
8 OHS w/ PVC
8 Burpees
8 KB Swings @ 35 (Each Hand)
8 Deadlift @ 135
8 Pullups

Focus
Squat Clean and Jerk

Work
10-1 of the following

Renegade Man Maker @ 2 x 20/10lb db's
Squat Clean and Jerk @ 95lbs/45
KB Swings 70/44
Burpee Pullups
Deadlift @ 205/115
--Rest 3 minutes--
50 DU for time

Do this entire workout with a running clock.  Focus on form, but do not take breaks.
