    -hang cleans at the beginning done as HPC, revised wod
    dissapointed in my effort again. I need to take a step back and take a break or step forward and be fully mentally committed going into these. It should have easily been under 10 min. Broke push jerk and front squats twice.

    AMRAP in 18 minutes of:
    500m row
    30 double unders
    1 GTO @ 225

    Clint.177bw.mod 175. 4 rounds plus 50 meters or so
    Cabana.194bw.mod 175. 4 rounds

    we both struggled on the double unders with the much lighter ropes. Only during the 4th an 5th rounds did I find anything that resembled rythm.

    We both finished a 5th round after time had expired.

    Warm up was extensive ground to overhead work resulting in a much deeper understanding of the mechanics related to the clean and jerk. We're gonna be coming back with a lot of knowledge. For anyone who's interested in slowing down a little in order to work on the fundamentals in order to get stronger And faster later - start changing your outlook now and be prepared.

  3. Vapor Trail looked brutal. "The Shop" was a mechanics den at one time, so it only makes sense to take what we have, strip it down to only the true parts that properly fit and then build up from there creating fully restored, one-off machines that can not only destroy the competition, but outlast them as well. Time to stop running jalopies and start turning out high quality American muscle.
