Active Rest


Clint and Cabana are heading to Florida for some epic training with the guys and girls of cfjax.

For the rest of us, actively rest or make up a workout if you missed one this week.
Here is some good information from stronglifts.com

    rx was 185-155-135 but I scaled to the above.

    = 14:04

    Turbo 13:?? As rx PRE REST!
    Russ 18:?? As rx PRE REST!

    Cabana at 165 squat cleans and about half the mu
    24:45-6min

    someone better be prayin for us cuz Turbo said tonight was just the warm-up
