    95, 135, 155, 175, 185
Knee is buckling, need to work on forcing both knees out on all squats.
    Workout MOD @ 95#, 11:16
Not done for time, but focusing on proper front squats. Set of 15 gave me trouble due to wrist and shoulder pain. Changed grip slightly on set of 9 and everything seemed better. Still dipping at the bottom though, just needs practice. Vids in the archives, no more vids on main page until form is worth showing off.

  3. Not everyone will be willing or want to take the necessary steps backwards (if you can call it that) to correct the transgressions of the past and move in an alternate direction. A line will likely be drawn between those who want to improve and those who are content. There is no right or wrong as slong as everyone knows where each other stands so that those who desire more can band together and push / be pushed in order to reach a higher level of results. Everyone has learned to suffer and visit a place of pain - that has been proven and none of us will discount or question anyones efforts with regard to output - but what is left to be seen is who can not only work hard but who will reap the benefits of working smart. Sacrificing comfort in the name of results and improvement is necessary but without the added ingredient of efficiency the potion lacks its full potential. Only then, wheith a relentless focus on detail, will all the pain and destruction fully pay off and allow someone to beging to taste the fruits of their full abilities.
