Summer FRAN 112709


New Tools at The Shop

Fran is slimming down to her summer weight after the big holiday meal, try this and focus is on speed and getting through the workout without taking any breaks. Scale as needed, objective is to complete the work in 5 minutes or less.

Thrusters 21, 15, 9 @ 75#
Pullups @ 15, 9, 3

****Use the above numbers as a guideline only, this is a test to see how well you know yourself, and how far you can push yourself. Scale weight or pullups as you see fit so that you can go all out for 4-5 minutes and complete the work. If you can do the Thrusters @ 95 and pullups @ 21, 15, 9 then do that. If not, tweak one or both to get you in the time frame. Most importantly, complete the work and record you time, weight, and pullups.

Warmup for 15-20 minutes and then do the work immediately following.

Do it fast, and post time to comments.
