Endurance / The Shop Games 111709 T

The Shop winter games will be held here in Topeka just 2 months from now. There will be approximately 5 events that will be spread out between the evening of Friday January 15th and throughout the day Saturday the 16th. More info regarding the structure and events will be posted over the next 6 weeks.

Row, run, or bike for at least 30 minutes but no longer than an hour.

    10 minute row #5 @ 2:13 pace (about 2,250m)
    10 minutes airdyne @ 50 rpm pace

    an hour of cardio?
