  2. AirDyne, 45/100 of a mile. Toughest half mile I have ever gone, it felt like I was going uphill, into the wind, underwater.

  6. Thanks to Bruce for that great workout.
    Was alitte intimidated at first with BW front squats but once I got going felt pretty good just didnt want to blow my back out again. Overall very happy.

    I think it was

    front squat 6,5,5,3,5
    pushups 29,27,27,22,17
    I think that adds up

    just didn't have enough juice in the end

    Very impressed with mrs cabanas front squats tonight
