    I couldnt decide whether to row, run, or do nothing. Lungs hurt from yesterdays Fran. Spent my time on the rower already this week, and will be doing much more if the weather stays bad. Decided to do a leg/stamina workout to balance out the body. Good workout, happy with the results.
