Rest is just as important as any work you do during the week.
Think about where you are with your training and where you want to be. What changes do you need to make to get there? If that means practicing some movements you need to get stronger at than today might be a good day.

Clint I believe you and I have talked about this before. In college we did a combination of dynamic stretching and static stretching. Dynamic stretches to me are by far better, as mentioned in the article. For some reason I have gotten away from this, need to go back to it.
