Hill Running




It's amazing how a little incline and a stopwatch can add a whole new dimension to running

It's really quite simple, find a hill and run up it - FAST!

  3. 5 "Monsters"

    This is the biggest freakin hill I have ever "ran" up in my life. It took a full minute to reach the top and the second half is about a 45 degree angle. The first quarter is barely any angle and the second quarter is somewhere inbetween. It's probably 750ft long total. We didn't time it but I bet it took around 3 min to walk down and I still didn't have my breath. Photos coming soon.
