KB Swings 10-8-6-4-2 @ 70lb
Cousins 10-8-6-4-2 @ 25lb dball
Bench Press 10-8-6-4-2 @ 135-165-185-205-225
Ankles to Bar 10-8-6-4-2
Front Squats 10-8-6-4-2 @ 95-115-135-155-175
Burpees (max height) 10-8-6-4-2
Squat Clean + Pushpress 10-8-6-4-2 @ 95-105-115-125-135
Plan ahead and scale accordingly, but don't play it safe.
