Rest Day

What are your goals?

Do you....
Want better performance?
Want to change your body composition?
Want to feel better?

No matter what your fitness goals are you will have to do any number of small things that will add up and get you there. There are many pieces to the puzzle but what you put in your mouth might be even more important than you might already think.

So, here are your options:
You could continue to do what you've always done and listen to what others tell you to eat.
You could continue to wonder why you don't see any progress or feel any better, even with exercise.
You could continue to blame it all on genetics or a million other irrelevant excuses.

OR.....

You could question things, do some research, and maybe even read some books. You just never know what you might learn. Here are a couple that you could look into.
