What percentage do you believe nutrition plays relative to exercise when trying to reach your goals? 50/50? 60/40? or is it some other number percentage?

    The engine isn't going to run well if you shit in the gas tank. On the flip side if you fuel it with premium, it's going to run white hot.

  2. I agree, 70/30. No matter how hard I train if I'm eating cookie dough icecream and pizza I don't make any gains.

  3. I would agree with the 70/30 comments above. Food is the answer to take it to the next level. Relative strength must always be attacked on two fronts. Diet and Exercise. Exercise without the proper nutrition, creates strong people with a gut. Vice Versa, creates skinny people with no real Armor.
