Power Endurance Circuit

Big 5/55

10 rounds, 10-1 of the following:

Dead Lift @ 95, 115, or 135lbs
Burpees
Goblet Squat @ 35, 53, or 70lb KB
135lb Bench press (rings haven't been put back up since construction)
Box Jumps @ 24 or 30"

Not done for time, but work steadily with as little rest as possible. Scale according to your current fitness level.
