Warm Up-
Walk up the hill
10 pushup
10 Jumping Jacks
10 squats
Walk down the hill
Work-
One ascent for time, every 5 minutes, for 25 minutes (6 total)
The faster you get up and down the more rest you'll get.

ReplyDeleteTried it with "Walk" but got a no go from the people at youtube, treted me like Twight. Video but no sound. Phil must not have embraced this whole free music thing like Trent has.
completed all 6 as rx'd. went "all" out on #2 and PR'd at 44 seconds. that hill is indescribable, hard hard hard. thought i was gonna puke numerous times. it took all i had to do the 5th and especially the 6th. i almost quit.
