Many of us at The Shop have various road or trail races on Saturday.
Therefore the work / rest schedule will be modified for the remainder of the week.

Run 300M (To the fence and back)
**Sub 20 boxjump per round if raining too hard to run, ie flooding, otherwise get out there and runin the rain.

ReplyDeleteI think I am running in Manhattan this weekend along with Cabana and Clint. Worlock, Joy, and Beast are running @ Perry, but I think only Worlock is running the 1/2
Rest day...it's only Wednesday! I'm in for today and then going to run 2 mi tomorrow. Rest Friday:)

ReplyDeleteCabana & trickle. 5 rounds. Clean & press @ 165 (5 reps), airdyne .25 mile x 2 (alternating). Each round looked like...5 c&p, bike 1/4 mile, rest while partner bikes 1/4 mile, bike second 1/4 mile and start round 2 asap. Cool down: 100 situps anyhow. Nothing for time.
