AMRAP 042209 W

AMRAP* in 20 minutes of:

15 KB Swings
10 Pushups
5 sets of the triplet:
Power Clean
Front Squat
Pushpress / Jerk
400m Run

Depending on your current fitness level / equipment availability:
Load the KB @ 35, 44, or 53lbs
Load the triplet @ 65, 95, 115, or 135

Perform each exercise within the triplet as a single movement. Pause briefly in the rack position after each lift. No dropping the bar from overhead. Each exercise within the triplet should end in the rack position.

* AMRAP = As Many Rounds As Possible

Post load and # of rounds completed to comments

  6. 3 rounds, swings and pushups on 4th. Should have went less weight. Form was bad.
