Remember, sometimes it doesn't matter so much what battle you choose, only that you fight hard. Less than 1% of the population is pushing their mind and body the way we do. Don't let the rest of the community down by failing to exhibit the intensity associated with "training". Otherwise you will have fallen into the much larger and more common herd of those who practice complacency, those who are "exercising". Know the difference and define your commitment to self discovery and self improvement with your actions.
