10 Burpees
20 KB Snatch @ 35lbs (10 each arm)
400m run

Option 2
21-15-9 for time of:
OHS @ 95lbs
Ring Dips

    Who knows, is it the bad diet now, the overtraining after taking the short Holiday break, the heat (even though it was relatively cool today) the allergies, laziness, mindset, lack of focus. I don't know. Still felt bad (good), maybe good will come of it.
