Run, Rest, Ribbon Cut

  1. Don't be fooled, we will be cutting no ribbons at The Shop. We will need to get over there soon and do an extensive spring cleaning. Might wait until the rainy season is past and flip the mats, get rid of what water and other undesirable elements that may lurk. Probably change the layout some so that we can make better use of the space and equipment we do have. No date or time set on this yet.

    Thanks to Worlock it sounds like we will have some additional equipment coming. That's awesome. Anything else that you think we need, or would like to have? Post to comments. (If possible, website is a little tempermental right now)

    Long lazy jog in the woods tonight. Still feeling the effects of last night "filthy" workout. I sometimes wonder if by running slow when I am sore and tired is worse than not running at all. I am sure there are good aspects of the run...elevated heartrate, metabolism increase, burn off lactic acid. The one thing I question is: Am I training myself to run slower? Hope not. We will see next time the course is dry and I am firing on all cylinders.

    I struggled tonight on the run as well. Dirty joy must have taken more of a toll then I thought also. Felt good when I was done though
