"The Bear"
1 round equals 7 sets of the following sequence:
Power Clean
Front Squat
Pushpress
Backsquat
Pushpress
Men start at 75, Women start at 22# bar
•Each movement is seperate. No squat cleans, thrusters, ect. Do a full power clean, pause at the top of front squat and backsquat and bottom of pushpress.
•Like The Barbell Complex you may not let go of the bar until all 7 sets are finished.
•Minimal pause at bottom to set up for power clean is acceptabe. 1-3 secs. Hands on bar.
•Do a minimum of 5 rounds increasing the load with each consecutive round; Rest as needed between rounds. 30 minute time limit.

ReplyDelete•Shitty Front Squats pointed out although I thought they were good. Back to video and work. Elbows up definately more of an issue than weight.
