"fidel" looked ruthless. what was the worst part? the 50 c2b pullups or the 50 clapping pushups? or was it something else all together? i gotta get me a c2 so i can do some of these rowing ones instead of watching from the sidelines. plus, you never know what might show up at the summer games...

    The c2b's were tough; of coarse shredded the hands and feeling it today.The dips after the OH walk/jog were especially pleasant; just wasted the triceps.
