Filthy 50


One round for time:
50 Box jumps, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups*
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
50 Walking Lunges, 25 each leg
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions (Use Back extension machine, Tire, or Yoga ball)
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball (First person to this point gets the D-Ball)
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

*Proper height is bar touching wrist while standing with arms extended.

    Trickle, same MOD, plus some suspect KTE. That part tore my hand up, the wallball burpee was a 1,2 punch that I was warned about but had no idea the rest of you were going to suck all the good air out of the shop leaving me nothing to breath. Definately worth revisiting. 39:44 I think. 14+ minutes on the burpees and double unders. What a joke.

    Trickle...i am pooped! Thanks for the good workout! And it was nice to have an awesome turnout! ...now off to the shower. Dirty joy is still Dirty! (o;
    oh, most importantly... my kte were probably 70% improved from the last time i did them. so that was really cool to experience!
